We are a fast-growing, impact-driven law firm focused on domestic relations (divorce, custody, and orders of protection) and probate law. We're seeking a driven and experienced Associate Attorney ready to step into a high-volume caseload and take ownership from day one.

What You’ll Do: Lead, Win, Deliver
Take charge of 50–55 active cases—a dynamic mix of contested and uncontested divorces, complex custody disputes, orders of protection, and probate matters. We intentionally balance complexity to keep you challenged and efficient.
Draft compelling pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and litigation documents with precision.
Lead client strategy, court appearances, mediations, and high-stakes negotiations with confidence.
Maintain a minimum of 1,800 billable hours annually through consistent, focused output.
Communicate with clarity and empathy, while delivering tangible results to clients.
Use firm technology and systems efficiently to manage tasks, track time, and collaborate with the team.
What You Bring: Experience, Excellence, and Hustle
J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Illinois law license in good standing.
4+ years of recent, hands-on experience in family law (domestic relations) and probate litigation (non-negotiable).
Proven ability to independently manage complex, high-volume caseloads from start to finish.
Exceptional courtroom presence, persuasive legal writing, and clear, professional client communication skills.
Organizational mastery, tech fluency, and an outcome-obsessed mindset.
A hunger to contribute meaningfully and grow with a firm that recognizes real value.
Compensation & Incentives: Earn What You’re Worth
Base Salary: $100,000.
Bonus: Generous performance-based bonus structure directly tied to your results and contributions to the firm's revenue.
Health Reimbursement (QSEHRA): Eligible after 3 months of employment.
Malpractice Coverage: Fully paid for all firm-related work.

Paid Federal Holidays (8 days): Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and the Friday after Thanksgiving (Black Friday).
Winter Firm Closure (10 days): Benefit from a paid, two-week firm-wide closure each year from late December through early January (e.g., Dec. 22, 2025 – Jan. 5, 2026). This ensures a true opportunity for everyone to disconnect and recharge. (Note: New Year's Day and Christmas Day, while federal holidays, are covered within this firm closure period.)
Flexible PTO (8 days): 8 days annually for your personal use, vacation, or sick time. This increases to 12 days after 3 years of dedicated tenure with the firm.
