With over a decade of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, Ericka brings rare depth and insight to our mediation center.

🎓 A graduate of the renowned UIC School of Social Work, she holds a Master of Social Work and is clinically licensed to practice independently—credentials that reflect her advanced training and real-world expertise.

As our lead mediator, Ericka excels at guiding clients through high-conflict family dynamics, emotional transitions, and sensitive disputes. 🤝 She works closely with Attorney Stitt to anchor our mediation services in a strength-based, trauma-informed approach—ensuring every client is met with skill, strategy, and respect.

📈 Ericka also supervises and trains our contract mediators, supporting their growth with the same care and professionalism she brings to every case.
