Joerika’s Coaching & Consulting offers legal consultation services to existing coaching clients. We’ll meet 1:1 to assess your legal situation and I’ll provide you with an unbiased 2nd opinion regarding your legal options moving forward. Divorce consulting involves the provision of legal advice and/or the review of legal documents.

Divorce Consultation Services are reserved for existing coaching clients in need assistance with:

• Reviewing legal documents prepared by your divorce attorney or GAL

• Preparing for divorce or custody evidentiary hearings 

• Cost and benefit analysis of hiring another attorney

• Uncontested divorce

  • This option is for coaching clients wishing to achieve an uncontested divorce on amicable terms

Limited Scope Services.

Joerika’s Coaching & Consulting offers limited scope services for persons representing themselves in divorce and family court cases and are in need of assistance with:

• Uncontested divorce

  • Both parties agree on all issues

• Writing legal documents 

• Reviewing legal documents 

• Preparing legal arguments for divorce, custody, & order of protection hearings 

• Writing Allocation Judgments aka Parenting Plans 

• Writing or reviewing Marital Settlement Agreements
