This package includes six (6) one-hour-and-thirty minute (90 minute) phone or Zoom sessions focused on helping you and your co-parent accomplish an uncontested divorce. This package is ideal for two people who are contemplating divorce or have already filed for divorce, and wish to work together during each session to accomplish an uncontested divorce and develop a solid co-parenting relationship. In order to proceed with an uncontested divorce, both parties must be willing to fairly divide marital assets and property and fairly share time with the marital children.

Option 1 includes:

• Six (6) one-hour-and-thirty minute (90 minute) phone or Zoom sessions focused on helping you and your co-parent accomplish an uncontested divorce.

Option 2 includes:

• Everything in option 1

• Legal representation in your uncontested divorce with no minor children

Option 3 includes:

• Everything in option 1

• Legal representation in your contested divorce with minor children
